If you were charged but don't see Pro unlocked, go to Settings β [Your Name] β Subscriptions β KaviNote and check the status. If it shows "Pending," Apple's servers may be syncing β wait a few minutes and restart the app. If the issue persists, reach out to support.
KaviNote stores everything locally on your device. If you haven't enabled iCloud sync, notes aren't backed up in the cloud. Going forward, enable iCloud sync in Settings β KaviNote β iCloud Sync to protect your data.
If the app is slow or draining battery, try: (1) restart the app; (2) close other background apps; (3) disable iCloud sync temporarily and re-enable it; (4) restart your phone. If the problem continues, email bugs@kavinote.app with details about what you were doing.
How do I delete my data? All your data lives on your device or your private iCloud. To delete it: delete the notes in the app, then go to Settings β iPhone Storage β KaviNote β Offload App (or Delete App). Your data is gone permanently.
Can I export my notes? Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. For now, you can copy-paste notes into email or notes apps.
Do you have a public roadmap? We share updates in our help center and on the app's TestFlight beta. Sign up for beta access by visiting the App Store page and tapping "TestFlight".
Is KaviNote available on Android? Not yet. We're iOS-first for now, focused on making the experience amazing on iPhone. Android is under consideration for the future.
